Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms related to service charges, inspection fees, repairs, and payments for gas stove and gas hob repair services. By booking a service with us, you agree to the policy mentioned below.


1. Nature of Service

We provide doorstep repair and servicing services for gas stoves, gas hobs, and auto ignition systems. Since our services involve inspection, labour, and technical work, no physical product is sold or returned in most cases.


2. Inspection & Visiting Charges

In some cases, an inspection or visiting charge may apply. This charge covers the technician’s visit, appliance inspection, and basic diagnosis.

  • Inspection charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once the technician has visited the location.

  • If repair is carried out after inspection, the inspection charge may be adjusted in the final bill, depending on the service type.


3. Repair Service Refund Policy

Once a repair service has been completed, no refund is provided for labour or service charges, as the service is already delivered. Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • If the customer decides not to continue using the appliance after repair

  • If the issue occurs due to misuse, improper handling, or external damage

  • If a new or unrelated issue appears after the service


4. Spare Parts Refund & Replacement

If spare parts are replaced during the repair:

  • Spare parts once installed are not eligible for return or refund

  • Any warranty on spare parts, if provided, is limited to the manufacturer or supplier terms

  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, water exposure, power fluctuation, or normal wear and tear

In rare cases of defective spare parts, replacement may be considered subject to inspection and supplier approval.


5. Service Warranty Limitation

If a service warranty is provided, it applies only to the specific repair performed and for the mentioned time period. Refunds are not applicable under service warranty. The warranty does not cover:

  • New or unrelated faults

  • Appliance aging or poor condition

  • Customer-handling issues after service


6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a service request before technician dispatch without any charge.
If cancellation is requested after technician dispatch or arrival, a visiting or inspection charge may apply.


7. No Guarantee of Appliance Life

Repairs aim to restore functionality, but we do not guarantee extended life or future performance of the appliance. Refunds will not be provided based on appliance age, condition, or future breakdowns.


8. Payment Disputes

Any billing or payment concerns must be reported immediately after service completion. Complaints raised after appliance usage or extended time may not be eligible for review or adjustment.


9. Mode of Refund (If Applicable)

In exceptional cases where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–7 working days

  • Cash refunds may not be available


10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
